We informed the Abenson and asked for guaranteed of the Gas Stove. The Gas Stove was taken and sent to your service center for necessary action. After a month of waiting, we were advised by Abenson that the GAS stove is already fixed for pick up.

Upon checking the Gas Stove, we still found the rusted burner and its holder were not given any remedies. In our opinion, the cause of the rusted burner and non discharge of gas were cause by factory defects of works. In this regards, we would like to ask for the replacement of a new item. Also, to investigate the cause of the rusting and non discharge of gas due to defects.
