Quick heads up about Windows 10 v1903 recent release and CE.I have experienced problems with a few CE tables after upgrading to Win10 v1903. When I initially installed the update to 1903 no problems. Somewhere between the last patch and yesterday's Patch Tuesday something changed. I am testing with disabling the new, re-activated, Windows 10 Game Bar as well as disabling the capture options in the new 'Xbox Console Companion' which replaced the previous Xbox App on Windows 10. Capture settings redirects to the Settings Gaming options. I will need to test but I had to both (RE-)disable Game Mode and ensure the toolbar overlay service was stopped as well. Making those changes it seems to be working once again.
